Wayne E. Carter, Sr. of Aberdeen, MD departed this life on Friday, May 8, 2020 at University of MD Harford Memorial Hospital, Havre de Grace, MD. He was born on October 29, 1960 to the late Donald R. Carter, Sr. and Mildred C. Carter in Havre de Grace, MD.

Wayne grew up in Darlington, MD. He received his early education in the Harford County Public School System, graduating from Bel Air High School. He was a member of St. James U.A.M.E. Church, Darlington, MD.

Wayne was a very caring and giving person who took care of his family. He always had a smile and like to talk and laugh with family and friends. His favorite hobby was working on cars.

He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Mildred Carter; four children Angelic Carter, Amber (Adric Sr.)Turner, Wayne Carter, Jr. and Tyanna Carter; four grandchildren Isyss Fordham, Tanasia Carter, Amirah Turner and Judah Carter; three siblings Tina Carter, Donald Carter, Jr., and William Carter; aunts Marguerite Akins and Joyce Ann Reid; uncles James Reid and Thomas Reid; best friend Willie Hughes and a host of other relatives and friends.
