PHILIP GREGORY RICHARDSON JR. was born on July 21, 1980 to Hazel Patricia Richardson and Philip Gregory Richardson Sr. at GBMC in Baltimore, MD. He was raised in the church and was an experienced drummer in the church choir by the age of 5. He was baptized by Reverend Barnes at Highway Holiness Church in Aberdeen, MD. He passed away on Saturday November 30, 2019 at his home in Havre de Grace, Maryland.
Phil received his early education in the Harford County Public School system and later graduated from Havre de Grace High School in the summer of 1998. He was voted most humorous by his senior classmates. After high school Phil aspired to be a music producer and often rapped at parties and family gatherings. A few years later in 2001 he and Keri Mentzer welcomed their son Caleb Gregory Richardson into the world.
Phil's professional career in transportation and logistics led him to many adventures and opportunities including the coca cola warehouse in Havre de Grace, tire delivery, food delivery and anything else that kept him on the road. He loved to drive and he loved his family. He loved music and always had the freshest outfit. He loved playing basketball and walking his dog Yoh. Phil was always the life of the party and made everybody laugh. Concerts and Ravens games will not be the same without Phil.
Philip Gregory Richardson will be cherished and always loved by his son Caleb Gregory Richardson, his father Philip Gregory Richardson Sr., his mother Hazel Patricia Richardson, his sister Philicia Richardson, his brother Mezei Jefferson, and his aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
