Obituary

CHARLES ALBERT HARRIS JR, was born on August 6, 1949 to the late Charles and Margaret Harris in Havre De Grace, Maryland. He departed life on Tuesday April 21, 2020 at Upper Chesapeake Hospital in Bel Air, Maryland.

Charles received his early education at Havre De Grace Consolidated School and later received his GED while he was in Job Corps. He was united in Holy Matrimony to Linda Lee September 23, 1972 in which two children were born.

He was employed at Waste Management Incorporated as a diesel mechanic for over 20 years. Charles was a very friendly person towards people. He was like a Counselor to most of the individuals in the neighborhood, adults and children alike. Everyone loved talking to him because of how honest he always was. He continuously said what was on his mind if it needed to be said. He had many hobbies, but the ones that he loved the most had to involve working with his hands.

Charles leaves to Cherish his memory; a loving and devoted wife, Linda Harris, a son, Charles Harris III, a grandson, Tevell Harris (Pop Pops Boy), all of Aberdeen, Maryland, one brother Stanley (Mary) Harris, Baltimore, Maryland, two sisters, Lorraine Green, Havre De Grace, Maryland, Janet Smith, Berlin, Maryland six sister in laws, four nephews, seven nieces and 2 very special nieces, Jennifer Harris and Niesha Dawson.

He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Margaret Harris and daughter Delinia Harris.

Services will be held privately.
