Charles Edward Forrest Jr, age 56, of Havre de Grace, Maryland, passed away on May 12, 2020.

Born in Havre de Grace, Maryland, He was the son of Charles Forrest Sr and Bennie Sumpter-Forrest. Charles graduated from Havre de Grace High school. He then went to serve in the U.S Army. At the time of his passing, Charles was employed at Kohl’s Distribution center.

Charles was loved by everyone he met. He was so laid back, easy going, and cool as can be. He had a strong love for music; he loved his hip-hop and R&B; especially music from the 80’s and 90’s. There was no such thing to him as too many stereos and speakers. He enjoyed food and good drinks, a good time with good vibes. He was such a nice person; It was rare (or never even seen), that one would see him mad or angry. Charles had a very contagious-cheesy smile that was unforgettable. If you met him, you loved him.

Mr. Forrest is survived by his daughters, Jennifer Forrest and Nyshea Forrest; son, Charles Forrest III; mother, Bennie Mae Sumpter-Forrest; grandsons, Sa’Von Forrest and Timauri Campbell; Granddaughter, Constance Lemon; sisters Frederica Eubanks, Jeannie Woodward and Erica Forrest. He is also survived by his uncles Samuel and James Sumpter; and his best-friend/cousin, Quincy and Kimberly Sumpter. Along with a host of family and friends.

Charles is predeceased by his Grandparents, Wesley and Hattie Sumpter; brother, Brian Forrest; father, Charles Edward Forrest Sr; and daughter, Sharon Denise Forrest.

Charles had a great heart. He is truly loved and missed. Until we reunite again!
